Brief introduction of the valve insulation construction technology

In winter, To ensure the valve could operate normally sometimes,The valve need do some heat preservation.There are some method like using insulation board,Aluminum silicate roll felt or Removable insulation sleeve ect.

Here,We could talk about the method of Aluminum silicate roll felt. 

1. Clean the valve surface.

2. Bonding aluminum silicate rollfelt with high temperature adhesive.

3. Use wire to tie up the rollfelt, Then tie up with barbed wire.

4. Plastering with waterproof silicate particles two times.

5. Bonding glass cloth with white latex to ensure smooth surface

6. Paint twice with emulsion paint to achieve waterproof effect
